Welcome to Sushi Ajito, a “hidden gem” on the edge of Tinseltown, serving fresh sushi, rolls, and other cooked dishes since 2008.
Sushi Ajito was acquired by Chef Ko in the summer of 2023, making it fully owned and operated by his family. Having a restaurant to finally call his own after 19 years of experience as a sushi chef, he aspires meticulously to serve high-quality food with fresh ingredients at a fair price, imbued with integrity.
